All prices are in New Zealand Dollars. A pop-up Currency Calculator is available on the ordering page - caring for dry mature aging skin - which will give the approximate equivalent amount in your currency.

notification of your order I will confirm plus advise the
approximate despatch date - usually 2 days. As my aim is to
supply
the freshest possible 100% botanical skincare products I do not
carry large stocks. This ensures ultimate freshness and effectiveness
but may add a few days to delivery time. You will be advised if a
product is temporarily unavailable and again when
your order is shipped. International Orders:

or delays imposed by your country. If in doubt please check your local regulations first. Returns Policy:
PureAndOrganic.co.nz has made every effort to provide adequate
information to enable correct product selection and
use. You accept responsibility for
your use of Dr Wendy's products®. Your change of mind once your
order has been shipped does not qualify for
refund/replacement. Replacement
- damaged product, faulty product, our shipping error Parcels
are packaged
with care to prevent damage whilst in transit. In
the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit, the product is Incorrect delivery address
provided - should you provide the incorrect delivery
address it will be your responsibility to make contact with the
addressee ASAP for possible retrieval. If the order is returned to us
in original, saleable condition it can either be sent to your
correct address (you pay for the shipping again) or a refund for the
item cost (exclusive of shipping) can be given. 100% Refund - unopened product
returned and received within 15 days of your receiving date To
obtain a 100% refund of the original purchase price of your product, it
must be returned to us in an unopened, resaleable condition within 15
days of your receiving date. Before returning please
email
within 48 hours of
receiving.
You will pay return shipping and this cost will not be included in the
refund. As refunds are given only on resaleable products please ensure
the return item is carefully packed. Send

Did You Know? Phthalates are used to make plastics pliable. Squeeze bottles and cling wrap are examples. Also used in nail/cuticle treatments plus nail polishes to prevent chipping. Phthalates help artificial fragrances linger and take the stiffness out of hairspray. Be aware - they've been found to be a hormone disrupting ingredient. |
